• Original Paintings: Acrylic, Oil & Watercolor • Commission Process & Cost: I don't like to list "general" prices for commissions because there is nothing "general" or the same about any two commissions. They all differ from medium, size and complexity. But, Look at some of my artwork and notice their sizes and prices. The initical brake down of having me create a painting for you is as follows: I charge $50 for creating a smaller painting of the idea to be commissioned. This is a rough painting of ideas complied between the client and I. Then, if the client is satisfied, I take a half payment of the full commission price. Then the client signs off the small rough painting and I create the artwork. I take the second half of the payment after the completion of the commission. There are additional fees If the client wishes to change or add anything on the painting. Please feel free to ask me questions and I'll get back to you asap! It sounds like a lot of work but it's always worth it when you have the perfect painting you've always wanted, created just for you! If you are looking for something I don't do, for example copper art, I know lots of different artists who I could refer you to!
Murals: • Mural Process & Cost: I start by sitting down with the buyer and coming up with ideas that will work great for the space. I charge $50 for creating a smaller painting of the idea to be commissioned. This is a rough painting of ideas complied between the client and I. Then, if the client is satisfied, I take a half payment of the full mural price, we write and sign a contract (which both parties agree on), the client signs off the small rough painting and I start the Mural!! I take the second half of the payment after the completion of the mural. There are additional fees If the client wishes to change or add anything on the mural. But, as an idea, it's about $10 per square foot, customer pays for supplies, plus tax. Also, It realy depends on the complexity of the mural.
