The acrylic painting, "Camping at Figueroa Mt's" (above) is of a quiet camping spot I used to go to with my friends. It's about a mile hike from the last parking/camping area, called Nira. There is a hiking trail and a creek. Anyhow, I haven't been back there in a year and won't be open until after the rainy season of 2008. I hope this wonderful place didn't burn down.
